Fremantle

Let's start the new year in Fremantle. Freo (as it's often called) is a port city around 20km south of Perth, at the mouth of the Swan River. It definitely has a different vibe than Perth city centre, there's plenty of cafes and restaurants, there's markets, lots of street performers when it's warm enough and it's definitely nice to walk around. And of course, as everywhere around Perth, there's plenty of water around.

7. Or have some seafood on the water , just be careful there's probably dozen places 'best in Freo'
