Continue reading »As mentioned last week today few shots from the boat we were staying on on Rotto. It was the first time I actually slept on the boat and it’s definitely good fun. Even when the dinghy breaks and you can’t get to the shore for dinner cause then you can just keep drinking and play some cards or board games like “Fact or crap?”. FACT! :)

Continue reading »Getting everything organised for the Mongol Rally is getting a lot of my time lately and that’s why it’s been bit quiet here lately but it’s definitely time for a quick update. This time few shots from Rottnest Island located about 20km off the coast of Perth. The summer is definitely still around and we had a chance to spend 2 weekends there within last month. Good times. Fact.
20Sea kayaking to Penguin Island
Continue reading »Have a look at my Christmas present :) We went for half a day sea kayaking trip to Penguin Island, a small island just of the coast of Rockingham, which is probably around an hour drive south of Perth. Funny thing is we had no tourists on our tour, everyone was from Perth. It was still easy to feel like on holidays tho, especially in this awesome weather.

Continue reading »Today something a bit different. Normally I would upload photos from my past travels but this time it’s about my future adventures. Later this year I’m taking part in the Mongol Rally, a crazy attempt to drive a 1.2 litre car from Prague (Czech Republic) to Ulanbataar (Mongolia). Our planned route involves going through Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan again, Russia again and finally Mongolia.
