Mongol Rally 2011
We made it! After 38 days of driving we managed to finish the 2011 Mongol Rally and get from Czech Republic to Mongolia through Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. As you can imagine I've got lots and lots of photos and will definitely share them here, especially that some of them were from places people wouldn't normally consider visiting. But for now as a small preview few photos that will hopefully show that we had an awesome experience but at times it was a pretty hard work too.

1. Not your ordinary road sign

2. Typical toilet in most places we went through

3. Part of our convoy

4. Not only we had to adjust to different currencies, sometimes it was the amount of money you had to carry too

5. 'Petrol station' on the way

6. We had plenty of nice views

7. And sometimes we stayed in really cool places

8. Unexpected stop, you get used to them too

9. :)

10. Almost in Mongolia

11. Stuck at the border crossing for the night

12. And we're in Mongolia

13. One of the few signs there, not the ones you want to see though

14. Not a bad spot for camping

15. And everything is clear

16. Wonky bridge or through the water?

17. Sometimes we had no choice

18. But sometimes we got help

19. After a night in the car

20. After our roof rack come off we needed to pack everything inside

21. Unfortunately our windscreen didn't make it in one piece

22. Neither did our back window...

23. Which road would you choose?

24. It was a charity rally and at the end we got to visit a village run by the Christina Noble's Children's Foundation
More photos with a bit more info about the rally itself and about all the countries we've visited on the way soon. Once again massive thank you to everyone who supported us and made our trip possible!
