Continue reading »You would think that you can’t miss St Mark’s Square in Venice as there’s a sign showing directions to it (and to the Rialto bridge) on every second corner. The problems is there is a lot of those corners and you can still get lost in tiny streets going all different directions. But you’ll definitely get there eventually.

Continue reading »Saving all my leave for the Mongol Rally later this year I’m not going anywhere for a while which gives me a chance to go through some photos from my previous travels. And browsing through them I got to Venice where I want to take you today. I have to be honest, it surprised me how unclean the city was and how dirty the water seemed but it still definitely is a place worth visiting. Check it out.

Continue reading »My short trip to Poland has just finished, I landed back to Perth last night and went to work straight away this morning. It was around 32 hours from when we left the hotel in Wroclaw till I opened my house in Perth so as you can expect I’m a bit tired. It’s been great tho and I promise some photos from Poland next time, right after I catch up on some sleep. Today Florence again, this time with sun setting over it. As I said previously – one of the best cities I’ve visited.

Continue reading »I’ve always wanted to just get on the plane, rock up in Poland and surprise everyone. Guess what? I’ve just done it :) I’ve almost caused few heart attacks but fortunately everyone survived [it's good they have benches at the Old Town in Wroclaw, right Koala? ;)]. You can expect few photos from my trip soon but now let’s move back to my previous escapade to Europe. Today Florence, one of the best cities I’ve been to.
